Kevin Goldstein of Baseball Prospectus reported this morning that the Athletics have acquired Guillermo Moscoso from the Rangers for 23 year old RHP Ryan Kelly.
Moscoso spent the 2010 season in Triple-A with a 5.18 ERA in 123 1/3 innings there. He has limited major league experience with a 4.30 ERA in that time. Kelly had a 4.20 ERA in 75 innings last season for Pittsburgh's Single-A affiliate. He is not part of the Rangers 40-man roster according to Evan Grant of the Dallas Morning News.
