RHP Sean White has signed a minor league contract with the Rockies according to Troy Renck of the Denver Post. He had 5.24 ERA over 34 1/3 innings last season with Seattle. White's career numbers consist of a 4.16 ERA over 134 innings.
Buster Olney from ESPN has reported that the Tigers are the most likely destination for Brad Penny's services. He would likely be the Tigers fifth starter behind Justin Verlander, Rick Porcello, Armando Galarraga, and Max Scherzer.
