Royals ink Hochevar

The Royals announced they have agreed to a one year contract with pitcher Luke Hochevar. He missed some time last season with an elbow strain, in his 103 innings pitched, he had a 4.81 ERA with a 1.43 WHIP. Jon Heyman of SI.com reports that Hochevar will get $1.76 million for the one year deal.
