Johnny Cueto has agreed to a four year extension worth $27 million with the Reds, according to Enrique Rojas of ESPNDeportes.com. Cueto was eligible for arbitration, with this deal he will be under contract through one year of free agency. Cueto posted 3.64 ERA and a 1.28 WHIP over 185 2/3 innings last season with the Reds.
