Mets Agree to sign Young

According to Adam Rubin of ESPN New York, the Mets agreed to sign Chris Young to a one-year deal, it is pending a physical. Young has not thrown a full season since 2007 when he had a 3.20 ERA and a 1.10 WHIP over 173 innings. He has made 18, 14, and 4 starts respectively since 2008. ESPN has reported that Chris Young has passed his physical with the Mets and the deal is complete.
