The Twins have announced they have signed RHP Carl Pavano to a two year, $16.5 million deal with another $500,000 in incentives. Pavano will earn $8 million next season and $8.5 million in 2012. Pavano posted a 3.75 ERA with a 1.20 WHIP over 221 innings last season.
