Royals sign Chen

According to Jon Heyman of SI.com, the Royals have agreed to sign LHP Bruce Chen to a contract worth $2 million plus $1.5 million in performance bonuses. Chen posted a 4.17 ERA and a 1.38 WHIP in 2010 with the Royals.
