Nationals sign Adam LaRoche
The Washington Nationals and Adam LaRoche have agreed on a two-year contract according to Jon Morosi of FoxSports.com. The deal includes a mutual option for 2013. LaRoche will be paid $7MM in 2011 and $8MM in 2012 before a $10MM mutual option/$1MM buyout for the final season. LaRoche has a career .271 BA and has hit 25 home runs in each of the last 3 season.
